Dr. Moises graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 1992 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery. He specialized in nephrology and defended his doctoral dissertation in 1995. He also received a research grant from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán en Médico. He was a specialist in the Transplant Department of Hospital Clínic de Barcelona from 1995 to 2000, and the leading specialist of the Teknon Internal Medicine Department from 2004 to 2009. On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the Nuestra Señora del Pino University Hospital in Las Palmas until the year 2000.
Later he was associate head of the Arrhythmia Unit and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid.
