Dr. İdris AVCI was born in Ordu in 1988. After primary and high school education in Germany, he graduated from Yeditepe Faculty of Medicine in 2014. In 2020, he became a specialist in Brain and Nerve Surgery from Health Sciences University Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital (Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital).
