She also performs minimally invasive stereotactic biopsies in cancer conditions and teaches neuro-surgery and neuro-traumatology at Warsaw Medical University during the academic year.

Marcin Niedźwiecki is a spine surgery specialist at CM Gamma, joining the team in January 2021 for consultations in Żoliborz and Mokotów. He earned his Doctor of Medical Sciences title on 6 October 2023 with research comparing minimally invasive spine fracture treatment (MISS) versus classic techniques. He focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery, trauma and deformity surgery, and spine pain therapy, and he also explains postoperative recovery pathways for patients.

Dr. Alfonso Garcia is a Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 15 years of experience, specializing in endoscopic and minimally invasive spine surgery. He is recognized for his expertise in herniated disc surgery, laminectomy, discectomy, foraminotomy, and minimally invasive fusion surgery. He is the only Mexican Fellowship Trained Endoscopic and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeon, with a notable achievement of performing the first Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic Spinal Surgery Technique procedure in Latin America.

Mariusz Głowacki is a spine neurosurgeon at CM Gamma. Rafał Górski is a neurosurgeon at Centrum Medyczne Gamma focused on neuro-oncologic neurosurgery, complex spine surgery, and minimally invasive endoscopic techniques. He also runs training in complex spine surgery and endoscopic methods for doctors during specialization and for neurosurgeons and orthopedists in Poland and abroad. Through collaboration with Allenort Neuroortopedia, he operates within the Allenort Spine Surgery Competence Center established at CM Gamma.
