I am a co-author of the books "Basic Handbook of Implantology" and "Advanced Implant Surgery". I have also written numerous book chapters and scientific journal articles.

Until 2007, I dedicated my career to community medicine at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, where I was responsible for the training of resident physicians who had completed their training there. I also worked as a teacher for undergraduate students.

A specialist in the digestive system through MIR from the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Barcelona, he received his PhD from the University of Barcelona.

He completed his postgraduate training in the Gastroenterology Service of the Barcelona Hospital Clinic and then in the Department of Gastroenterology at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, USA), where he conducted cutting-edge research on inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis).

Areas of special interest: storage rhythm disorders, chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and other causes of chronic intestinal inflammation.

The doctor is the Director and Founder of the Eye Clinic at Centro Médico Teknon, specializing in implant-refractive surgery. A pioneer in laser treatment for ophthalmic disorders in Spain, the doctor was the first in the country to correct myopia with an excimer laser and to implant collamer lenses for refractive errors. Specializing in therapies for all types of eye diseases, the doctor is an expert in glaucoma and cataracts treatment using surgical techniques and micro valves.

Specialist in medical-surgical dermatology and venereology MIR at the Hospital del Sagrado Corazon in Barcelona in 1987.

After completing his specialty, he worked as a doctor at the Hospital del Sagrado Corazón in Barcelona until 1993, where he gained experience in dermatological surgery and laser therapy.
