Nihal Özaras graduated from IU Cerrahpaşa English Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and completed her specialty training at Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital (now Bezmialem University). She completed her master's degree in Neuroscience between 2006 and 2009 because she thought it would contribute to her professional practice. She traveled to the USA in 2008 to improve her clinical skills and worked as an observer physician at Harvard University Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston for 3 months. Although she is mostly interested in neurological and pediatric rehabilitation, she is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders, botulinum toxin applications for spasticity and other local injections.

He entered Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1987 and started his compulsory service in Akçaabat district of Trabzon in 1993. In January 1995, he was admitted to the Hepato-Biliary Surgery service of the Universite Libre Bruxelles Erasmus Hospital in Brussels, Belgium. He started his General Surgery residency in October 1996 and became a General Surgery Specialist in Belgium in 2002 with the thesis "Le Re-do Gastroplastie dans le traitement des complications des Procedure Bariatriques pour Obesité Morbide" (Revision Surgery in the Treatment of Complications of Bariatric Procedures for Morbid Obesity).

He worked in the Hepatobiliary Surgery service of ULB Erasmus Hospital until October 2003, and then in October 2003 he joined Providence Hospital in Neuchatel, Switzerland as Deputy Chief of Surgery Clinic. In March 2004, he was appointed as Chief of Surgery Clinic at Neuchatel Hospital Cadolles Pourtales NHP and played an important role in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Oncologic Surgery, Traumatology, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery and resident training.

Dr. Ibrahim Cansaran Tanıdır is a pediatric cardiologist at Memorial Ataşehir Hospital. He co-founded the Pediatric Cardiology Department at Başakşehir Çam & Sakura City Hospital. He led its cardiac catheterization laboratories. He has been a professor of pediatric cardiology since 2022.

He has over 100 international and over 50 national publications. His work has more than 1,200 citations, with an h-index of 16. He has delivered over 100 international and over 700 national presentations. He has received six national and one international award. He ranked second in Turkey in the 2017 National Pediatric Cardiology Board Exam. He served as AEPC National Representative (2011–2014) and as Vice President of the Interventional Cardiology Working Group (2019–2024). His training includes Arkansas Children’s (PICU), Fuwai Heart Center (angiography), and LVAD training in 2023.
