Dr. Tomas Jucaitis is a gastroenterologist and endoscopist. He studied at Kaunas University of Medicine from 1991 to 1998 and graduated in 1998. He completed a primary residency at Ukmergė Hospital in 1999 (1998–1999). He then finished an internal medicine residency at Vilnius University (1999–2001). He later completed a gastroenterology residency (2001–2003). His training also includes internships in the Czech Republic, Germany, and the USA.
He was Coordinator at the National Organ Transplantation Bureau from 2001 to 2004. He worked as an endoscopist and ultrasound specialist at Vilnius Emergency University Hospital from 2003 to 2006.
