The doctor is a specialist in liver disease treatment, leading the liver disease unit at Hadassah Medical Center. They are a member of several international liver study associations and the editorial board of Clinical Science. The doctor has authored numerous articles and received multiple awards, including the Hadassah Prize and awards from the Israeli Association of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
