We were examined in one of the clinics of this network - the Dexeus hospital. I am very grateful to the medical coordinators of Bookimed for their help in organizing the consultation there. We have a very complex ophthalmological problem that we have been trying to solve for many years. We traveled to different countries, consulted with very experienced doctors in the largest university clinics in Germany. But unfortunately, none of them had encountered similar situations before and could not prescribe us an effective treatment to solve the problem. And when we arrived at the Dexeus hospital, we were able to get a very highly qualified consultation, conduct serious examinations, and now we have hope for a recovery, thanks to the highest-level specialist Dr. Verges, who turned out to be the first doctor who successfully treated previously such complex types of eye allergies as my son had. The clinic of this network pleasantly surprised us with the most modern approach to examinations, a high level of specialists and cutting-edge equipment. From the minute I was inquiring about an appointment through to an entire 2 hours of tests, I felt completely taken care of. Being in a foreign country where it’s not your first language can be daunting when needing healthcare. My healthcare navigator Leen was so wonderful. She brought me to each doctor or department, got me situated and was also my translator. She was kind, compassionate & so incredibly helpful. I was incredibly grateful to have her by my side. I saw Dr. Bassols who was incredibly warm, knowledgeable and put my fears at ease. The other technicians were also wonderful and caring. I liked the doctor, it is clear that he is a professional in his field, the staff is friendly, benevolent. The ward is ordinary, bright, the presence of a toilet and a shower. The downside is that the window does not open in the ward, since I stayed with the child in the ward for 5 days and it was impossible for the child to leave the ward, there was not enough air. Didn't like the food.

Hospital was very good and team. But all plan was catastrophe. When I have book flight and hotel, 2 days before I fly they tell me I most be there 2 days early??? Worst of all I have to pay 600 € more than invoice. I was promised all was include Is looking so good at Webb page. They meeting up on airport book hotel and flight and all is in invoices. But nothing of this happening.
