Minimally Invasive Surgical Procedure:

Exclusions
Long-term medical oncology therapies (systemic chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation regimens).
Long-term oncological surveillance, follow-up imaging (e.g., outpatient CT/MRI/colonoscopy beyond the 30-day surgical window), and subsequent outpatient oncology visits.
Treatment for preexisting unmanaged comorbidities, unanticipated extended ICU stays, or major readmissions beyond the defined surgical scope.
