Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery in DGB Clinic

Upper and lower eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, rejuvenates the eye area at DGB Clinic in Bangkok, Thailand. The clinic specializes in customized eyelid creases designed to match individual facial proportions rather than using a standard template. Patients benefit from a facility licensed by the Ministry of Health and affiliated with a JCI-accredited hospital network.

Advanced Eyelid Techniques

DGB Clinic offers several methods to address aging or genetic eyelid concerns. The non-incisional suture technique is a popular choice for younger patients. This method uses micro-sutures to create a permanent crease without using a scalpel. It results in no visible scarring and allows most patients to return to work in 3–4 days. For those with thicker skin or excess fat, the incisional method provides a permanent crease that will not loosen over time.

Specialized procedures also target sagging and under-eye concerns. The sub-brow lift corrects drooping upper lids by hiding the incision directly under the eyebrow line. For the lower lids, surgeons use a transconjunctival incision. This technique removes bulging fat pads from inside the eyelid, leaving no visible scar on the face. The clinic also performs ptosis correction to tighten the levator muscle, which helps the eyes open fully and improves facial symmetry.

Recovery and Patient Support

The clinic uses oculoplastic microsurgery to minimize tissue trauma and speed up the healing process. Patients recover in private rooms with nursing care available 24/7. The facility features two dedicated operating theaters to maintain high safety standards. Beyond the surgery, the clinic helps international patients with logistical needs.
