I had my surgery with Dr Ayhan at the end of September, and the results were mind-blowing! From the moment I first got in touch with him to the very last minute, it was the best experience I could have wished for. I had a mastopexy with autoaugmentation and fat transfer from my inner thighs, plus a transconjunctival blepharoplasty to correct the fat pads under my eyes. When I first contacted Dr Ayhan, he offered me a consultation straight away and personally answered my messages. This was something that really stood out to me, especially after contacting other private clinics and surgeons where the replies came only through an assistant. His patient care and communication were excellent from the very beginning. This made a big difference to me, as I felt I was speaking directly to the person who would be taking care of me, rather than just being another patient going through a clinic. One of my main concerns was that I really didn't want implants, but all the other surgeons I had consulted had suggested them. Dr Ayhan was quite confident that we could achieve a beautiful, natural result with a different approach, without implants. This gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel that he had really listened to what I wanted. We arrived in Istanbul from Edinburgh, and everything was already organised for us. I had another consultation with Dr Ayhan the day before surgery to confirm the outcome, and then the surgery took place. I woke up feeling as if nothing had happened! In less than 24 hours, I was already up and feeling great. I met Dr Ayhan many more times before leaving Istanbul. He checked on me, adjusted my medications and made sure everything was going well. He also personally replied to many of the messages I sent whenever I was worried about something. Dr Ipek, his assistant, was also great and very supportive throughout the whole experience. There are no words to thank Dr Ayhan for the results. It's still too early to judge the final results of my eyes, but I already feel 10 years younger! He is incredibly professional but also an unbelievably nice person. Dr Ayhan also has a very strong academic background, with many peer-reviewed publications and research in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has participated in and won competitions for his clinical and research work, which shows how knowledgeable and dedicated he is. I highly value people who truly devote their lives to what they do, especially someone who has built such a strong scientific foundation before even opening his own practice. His research and publications show how much he has contributed to the development of his field. Thank you again, Dr Ayhan, for everything. I am so happy with my results, but also with the whole experience and the way you looked after me. I couldn't have wished for a better surgeon to put my trust in!

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ayhan Isik Erdal and his team highly enough. From the initial consultation right through to my recovery, I have felt incredibly well looked after. I travelled to Turkey from the UK for my breast lift & implants and, naturally, I had a lot of nerves beforehand. Choosing a surgeon abroad is a huge decision, and I spent a lot of time worrying about whether I was making the right choice. I can genuinely say that I am so glad I chose Dr Erdal. Dr Erdal was professional, reassuring and really listened to what I wanted. I never felt pressured into a particular size or result, and I felt that he genuinely understood the look I was hoping to achieve. I wanted a fuller, feminine result that still suited my proportions, and I feel that he took all of this into consideration. I also have to give a huge thank you to Ipek, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was always so helpful, kind and reassuring, and having someone I could contact when I was worried or had questions made such a huge difference. She was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. When you're travelling abroad for surgery, having a coordinator you can trust is so important, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ipek. I also want to give a mention to Beyza, who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, gentle and comforting, particularly when I was feeling nervous. There were moments when I was quite anxious and she had such a calming presence that immediately made me feel more at ease. I genuinely felt cared for rather than just being another patient, and I will always be grateful for how lovely she was to me. The surgery itself went really well, and my recovery has been closely monitored. I've definitely had moments during recovery where I've worried about things that turned out to be completely normal and all the little changes that happen while everything is settling. Having a team who are responsive and reassuring has made the whole experience so much easier. The aftercare has honestly been one of the biggest positives for me. Healing isn't always straightforward, and I think it's completely normal to have moments of doubt or worry after such a big procedure. I've never felt silly for asking questions, and I've always felt like my concerns were taken seriously. I'm still relatively early in my recovery, so I know my final result will continue to change over the coming months, but I'm already really happy that I made the decision to have the surgery. My breasts are still settling and changing, but I'm already seeing the shape come through and I'm so excited to see the final result. For anyone considering travelling to Turkey for surgery, I completely understand how daunting it can feel. I had so many nerves and questions before making the decision myself. But looking back, I genuinely feel that I made the right choice. A huge thank you to Dr Erdal, Ipek, Beyza and the entire team for making what could have been an incredibly frightening experience feel so much more comfortable and reassuring. I am so grateful for the care I've received and I'm really excited to see my final results. ❤️ I would absolutely choose Dr Erdal again and would have no hesitation recommending him and his team to anyone considering surgery.
