My daughter and I had a mole removed at this clinic! I never saw the doctor in the eyes, I thought after the operation he would come in to find out our condition, however, young specialists came in! I’m not even sure now whether that professor or others did the operation. Special! I wrote down so many questions that worried me, but ... On the scheduled date, the operation was not performed, as the Doctor went home they said! They promised to send the tests to Votsap or by mail, but the translators and consultants on the site who ignore them do not answer ... Something like that!

In addition to the translator Maksut who was provided, I did not like ANYTHING! The analyzes that came out in 47 thousand, just a general analysis of urine, blood, ultrasound. I thought it was normal for Turkey to find out that it was a waste of money! Neurologist consultation $ 200, but in fact nothing sensible was said .How a fool provided those analyzes, and the diagnosis that was provided in Russia. The doctor just confirmed it, and did not say anything. No information special. And this is me about the Nephrologist. you already take a taxi at the specified time at the consultation, and you cancel there. And there, for 2 days in a row .70 thousand was thrown into the wind simply! And I am very sorry!

We made an appointment at the clinic at 15:00, and in the end we got to the doctor at 16:50. There is no clear organization in terms of admission. But the doctor examined me well, did all the research and prescriptions. The only problem is waiting for an appointment, with a patient of 4 degrees of oncology it takes a long time, the patient is nervous. The main coordinator himself does not get in touch, so he is loaded with other clients. We need to organize work better !! Who really answered promptly and worked is Inga from Bookimed !! I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time and waited 5-6 hours. On the first day, the doctor, Ahmed, took over and said that he would be negotiating over the phone, but did not get in touch. On the second day there was another, which was overloaded with its patients, took at the end of the day, after its patients. They complained to the translator that they had called at 11, but they had taken them at 6-7 pm. Well done translator, tried.

We did not go to the clinic, we sent histology for review. Answers waited a long time and pulled out, we can say with forceps. All the answers were very concise, constantly had to ask for the addition. They paid for the advice of the doctor, but in fact did not receive it. In general, this hospital disappointed us. Perhaps the doctors there are good, but remote consultation is lame very much. Constantly communicated with Yulia Andreychuk. Yulia answered all questions quickly and provided information well. The clinic is good. Doctors too, but the prices are very expensive. From the beginning, the coordinator and translator do not say that they have service packages. I found out about this by accident. Immediately upon payment, ask for a receipt and you will know exactly what and how much you have to pay for. On my first visit, it was the translator who told the cashier a different amount, but it turned out that the amount there was much less. It was precisely because of this that I asked Bookimed to change both the translator and the coordinator. Be carefull. I am very grateful to the Bookimed company, they are experts in their field, especially Marina, I can write to her at any time, she will gladly answer and help me. It was she who brought me to this clinic and she, through representatives, found out how much I appreciated the treatment. Although this was the coordinator's job. The coordinator was not there to help or pick up the phone at all and didn’t even answer lately. Apparently I didn’t like the fact that I already understood everything perfectly well. I don’t know the price of finding out this is something secret, I don’t know the permanent answer. They know everything very well and it has turned into a business. Pay the money and immediately get a check from the financial department. Also, if you have dollars, ask for the exchange rate in lira. Their rate in the database is different.

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

The clinic has nothing at all, they say that it’s a university, but in fact an ordinary hospital, the specialists at the polyclinic level, took a bunch of tests right and wrong until the puncture, but they didn’t make a diagnosis, the neurologist Fakret did this without prescribing a diagnosis, prescribed cytostatics, it’s a feeling as if they just wanted to register for more tests so that they can tear off more money, the coordinators are separate THAT is terrible, the transfer from the airport had to wait 4 hours to get off, but if you leave the hotel 5 minutes later, the driver leaves and after that We have to wait about an hour car to leave the clinic again have to wait with the best scenario for 30 minutes, and then an hour and a half, actually one word to say or who do not recommend Medipol.

When we were going to go, we were told that we would have a lot of tests, a puncture, an MRI, etc. When we arrived, we were not placed where we planned, not for 35USD, but for 45 USD per day. When we arrived at the clinic, nobody took anything except for a blood test. As a result, that in Medipol, that in Ukraine we got the result word for word, the preparations were pricked by the very same ones as in Ukraine. The clinic coordinator has not been seen once. We had a girl translator - her name is Shazoda - a good, intelligent girl, she translated everything, but we did not see the coordinator. We were told that they would give extracts in Russian and in English, but sent in Turkish. Thanks to Maxim Voloshin, he is our coordinator in Bookimed, a very clever boy, we received translations into Russian, thank him very much. Without Maxim, we wouldn't do it at all
