Beautiful consultation. Everything went well. Felt very comfortable with the doctor from explanation of the procedure to details involved.

The coordination of tje response. Most times you have to chase things up with the interpreter and they can get super busy handling a lot of patients. They could do better with improving means of communication for international patients

The Doctor provided me with clear and interesting guidance. I did not regret the online consultation.
I liked the consultation time itself. It was well prepared with good quality voice and image, a translator was present even though I did not need translation because I talked English to the Doctor. The doctor was clear and took his time to listen to me. He under very well my points and replied to best way he can do.
The consultation is expensive..
