Delay in finding translator to either English or Arabic. Lack of translation o at nursing station once admitted
Translator Firas was excellent, he attended to all my needs and provided excellent followup
When Firas was not on duty it was very difficult to find a translator to help me.
About Bookimed service
I was treated by 4 specialists from ENT, plastic surgery, dermatology and orthopedics. They were all excellent physicians in every aspect . The facility is well -equipped. It was Very clean and of pleasing architectural design.
