Senior doctor behavior
Medical staff need to be improved specially nursing staff should be educated with English language for international patients.
Secondly interpretors availability should be improved and trained also their behavior needs to be improved.

Everything about the experience was wonderful, including the treatment co-ordinators, the drivers, hospital facilities and the Dr’s
We didn’t like that there was some definite misinformation regarding my Mom’s stem cell therapy and that we were going to see different doctors and having to pay consult fees and spend hours stuck in traffic going to different hospitals to finally get what we had originally signed up for. Thank goodness the one treatment coordinator gave us a discount based on our negative situation.
