I am Aunty's girl Arina, who together with her father visited Istanbul to clarify the diagnosis, were very pleased with Memorial Clinic, especially with the coordinates of doctors who very quickly organized everything, this is the first Anton Chebotarenko, Alexander, Lala, Tanya. The doctor spend around 45 minutes on my exam. Certainly I will recommend. He advised doing a neurological test I have never heard off for a better diagnose and I certainly already have a lot of knowledge on my condition.
The whole experiece was excellent

It was really nice to see such a good service specially the translator the doctors and nurses are so cool. The only thing is the welcome when you step in to the hospital there should be a system and the receiption to log your name and identify which department you need to go to to avoid any time wasting.

A comprehensive examination in a short period of time. As I came from another country, my visit time was limited. Qualified staff. Availability of an interpreter and subsequent translation of examination results.
I had previously arranged for the check-up to be on Saturday, and I would be able to undergo a complete examination. At the end of the visit, I was informed that the therapist had left and there was no opportunity to see another one. I was upset because I had many questions and wanted to receive the doctor's prescriptions and purchase medications that same day in Istanbul. Since I cannot buy medications in Norway and prescriptions from another doctor are not honored there. However, the translator told me they could not help and suggested an online consultation (by this time I had already returned to Norway). The doctor prescribed the medications, and I asked the translator to write the prescriptions in print so that I could read and look for analogs, but my request was ignored twice (on different days) until I contacted the staff member I had communicated with before coming to Turkey.
