Our check up went fairly quickly and pleasantly. The medical staff was very attentive to our questions. The interpreter was helpful everywhere, I don't know how we would have managed without them. All the health questions we were interested in were answered and we received recommendations. They helped us to order the necessary vitamins.
The hospital is very well equipped, pleasant staff

My father, 76 years old, had a knee replacement - Dr Olcay Guller. The doctor is very competent, trustworthy, attentive, positive and charismatic. This is important because my father was very worried and doubtful, but after the first meeting with the doctor he was completely reassured. All pre-operative investigations were organised quickly. Preparation for the operation and the operation itself - everything went smoothly. The next morning my dad was already walking along the corridor with the help of crutches. Nurses and nurses are attentive and friendly, no remarks. Feeding was also excellent, even a lot. I was placed in a spacious ward with a large window and air conditioning. In the bathroom everything is adapted for immobile patients, spacious barrier-free shower. On the territory of the hotel there are a couple of cafes with a good menu, Starbucks. The internet in the hospital is quite good.
All in all it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend the hospital with a clear conscience if needed

This is not the first time I have used the services of this wonderful team and, as always, everything is smooth, fast and efficient. For my examination (thyroid biopsy) and Health Check Up, I was offered the Memorial Clinic (Istanbul) Memorial - A wonderful clinic, with world-class medical equipment and highly qualified, experienced doctors. The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. Memorial Clinic truly provides world-class medical services. Thank you very much for your work and responsiveness! 🙏
What impressed me most was the organization of my visit to the Memorial clinic. Transfer from the airport, a coordinator-translator who was with me constantly, a schedule of visits to doctors and procedures that was carried out impeccably on time, the professionalism of doctors and medical staff. staff is truly world class.

Everything was organized according to time, the translator was very helpful and translated everything. But! The prices for medical services differed significantly; the translator told me one amount, but in fact they charged more in a couple of minutes. The gynecologist also promised to comment on the tests that I took on different days, but no comment was forthcoming, nor was there a response by phone.

Good afternoon. I liked the clinic, new, modern. Doctors and staff also make a good impression, I have no complaints. But my curator at the clinic gave me the address of one clinic, and on check-up she signed me up for another, because of this I had to change the hotel upon arrival so as not to drive through traffic jams every day. I lost money on hotel bills and taxi fares and it was very frustrating to deal with this attitude. The coordinator Daria, who worked with me, well done, was attentive. But the work of the girl who gave me the wrong address of the clinic, because of which I lost time and money, can only be assessed as a minus.

I do not have a very good impression of the clinic, because we went to do the operation at the agreed price of $ 4000 for the removal of tonsils, on arrival took 200 euros for consultation and said that the operation will cost 5900 euros.Prices are cosmic, it is better to choose another clinic, will be cheaper and not worse result.

I'll start with the organizers from the bookimed website, they are terrible, a lady named Olga Tarnavskaya, promising all the appointments to the clinics, promising that their coordinator from the clinic would meet us, she lied as best she could. We were met by an interpreter who had no idea of our medical history, where should we start,. Olga Tarnavskaya was interested in how much money my parents and I were spending quietly so that after our departure we would know in advance how much interest we would receive. The staff of the memorial clinic turned out to be two times worse than these, a clinic that says we are 1st in Turkey and 21st in the world, the level of service is below the baseboard, The doctors are not bad, but for this money they are trying to knock you out as much as possible by driving you into all unnecessary rooms they don’t rip off real money, in Germany for this money you can be treated by good professors, you won’t be re-recorded 10 times like in a memorial, the girls at the receptions are a separate story, it feels like you owe them something, it’s not real are arrogant. I am not a competitor and not a paid review, I am a real person who does not advise going to this clinic for treatment.

The doctor who turned to oncology was Serkan Keskin, he explained everything quite well. After repeated examination of histology, oncology was not confirmed. This is where all the fun began. They sent me to the endocrinologist, the doctor prescribed several tests that they passed, but they went 2 times to pass the tests because the base did not work for them, and when they came for the results there were no tests at all. The laboratory lost, they offered to re-enter the appointment, at which the doctor re-assigned tests of a completely different nature. As a result, they dealt with the administration and refused the tests for which they paid 400 dollars. I hope the money will be returned to the card
