My biggest shock was that the initial agreement was completely different from the reality. After I arrived, I was forced to accept new prices and couldn’t go to another clinic. I had Botox injections for my forehead and frown lines, and of course it’s still too early to judge the results. That said, the clinic itself was good and the doctor took the time to carefully mark the injection points, which I really appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was extremely poor. One must also take into account the additional costs of accommodation, flights and transport. For this reason, based on this experience, I would not recommend that any patient travel to Turkey for treatment.

The doctor was excellent and gentle, drawing the beard shape with me right before she personally performed the entire procedure of over 3,000 grafts. Everything went well. Communication was timely and consistent, and I'm feeling better than expected in these early stages. The clinic has stayed in touch and provided a clear aftercare guide. Not much could be better, though I'd suggest bringing headphones for the long procedure and sunglasses for the light. My main advice for future patients is to ask about the recovery process in advance—it was something I hadn't really considered until after it started.

Everything was great. The doctor was excellent and gentle. I feel that communication was timely and consistent. Everything went well and I think the results will be great.

Not much. Maybe headphones and music during the procedure. It was pretty long. Sunglasses for the light.

My biggest worry was how the final result would look, and whether it would be worth the recovery. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. The staff and clinic environment were excellent from start to finish. Turning my head feels slightly tight but okay. The surgeon did good work, though I rated them a 4/5 as I felt some communication could have been a bit more compassionate after surgery.The most challenging part has absolutely been sleeping elevated. That's no fun. I would still recommend this clinic.

The Bookined coordinator and the Quartz Clinic staff were fantastic: supportive, helpful, compassionate. All updates were communicated to me promptly. The hotel booked for me is really excellent, with smooth transfers and kind drivers. Spot on!

I didn't give the doctor 5 stars because she made me cry the day after surgery. She could adopt a different approach towards me after surgery, with more understanding and compassion, especially since I was there on my own and at the end of the day, she's received all the information required, it doesn't matter from whom. The stress has a significant impact on me. Aside from that, she was great.

If you're considering this, my coordinator stayed in touch and really held my hand through it all. The clinic itself feels like a 5-star hotel; it's very clean and modern, and the staff were attentive and nice. My surgeon, Dr. Aysel Pashazade, was professional but warm. During the consultation, she carefully examined my facial structure and was very clear in explaining where the incisions would be placed. After the surgery and discharge, the team was still there for me. I always got a response back, no matter how late it was, which showed they genuinely care about their work. The only additional expenses I had were for antibiotics and painkillers, which cost next to nothing in Turkey. Honestly, I couldn't fault anything.

The co-ordinator stayed in touch and held my hand through it all. The clinic was like a 5 star hotel, really clean and modern. Staff were very attentive and nice. Dr Aysel Pashazade was professional but warm and really knows her job. I am very happy. And after my surgery and discharge from the hospital, they were there with me. I always got a response back from them no matter how late it was and that for me was equally important because you knew they genuinely love what they do and want to make a difference

I’m recovering well without any problems, and I am very satisfied with the treatment and the entire process. The surgeon clearly explained the extraction and implantation steps, which was reassuring. The continued support from the clinic has been the most notable part of my experience so far. I was there for Botox injections, targeting my forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. The process was clear. What made it feel so straightforward was the good communication from start to finish, and I found the team to be a very friendly, professional staff. They answered all my questions. I received between 21 and 40 units, and the final bill had no additional expenses, which was a relief. It is still too early to tell what the full results will be, but the clinic has stayed in touch since the procedure, which I appreciate.

I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I am very grateful to my consultant doctor Stanislav from Bookimed for choosing the clinic and doctor, for his participation and support ❤️

My biggest concern was about the clarity of the process and the final costs. In that respect, everything went well. The medical team were very professional and put me at ease before the procedure, which involved an injection of temporary hyaluronic acid, up to 10 ml. Everything went according to plan. One important thing to note: there were additional costs that weren’t included in the initial payment to the clinic, so you need to allow for that. I’m still at the start of my recovery, but the service provided by the surgeon and the staff was excellent from start to finish.
