Many thanks to the entire Team of the WestDent Izmir clinic, especially the Doctors, Administrators Natalie and Alina for their professionalism, clear logistics, and no delays before the appointment with the Doctor. And of course, many thanks and respect to the super-driver Erhan “Izmir Schumacher”. I have never seen dental services of this level and service in Germany.

I had the first stage, namely removal and implantation, and to tell you the truth, everything went as well as possible, painless and professional. Excellent and confident team of doctors who know what they are doing and do it to the highest standard. The presence of an interpreter at every stage of the clinic, and online support after the procedures, was very convenient. Comfortable transfer, and excellent accommodation in a good hotel with all amenities😊

I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.

The clinic is super, the doctors are very attentive, they do things quickly and very well.Dr Tugche and her assistant did everything top class. Very well coordinated team of technicians and doctors. I would like to especially mention Alina and Natalia, they are very helpful with all questions, even those not related to the clinic. The transfer is excellent and even to any place we ask. The accommodation is deluxe, one bedroom flat, swimming pool, fitness, quiet, the flat has everything for complete comfort, the complex even has security. The people around are very welcoming and friendly. I do not regret one bit that I accepted your offer to WestDent Clinic. And a huge thank you to Christina, my Bookimed coordinator, who organised all this for us.

I liked everything very much, the staff was very helpful. The treatment was done well and quickly. I would recommend staying an extra day to make sure you are comfortable and that there is nothing wrong with your bite. You will have the opportunity to adjust before your flight. I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.

Loved everything about it.

The cost was quoted with an error of 100 euros, a crown fell out but the next day it was fixed quickly and efficiently.

Practically, everything went very well! I was met at the airport, provided with a transfer to the hotel and later picked up from the hotel to the clinic and taken back! I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true . Good health to all, don't save money on yourself. Who is interested in details write in a private .
