Good afternoon everyone, I want to share my review of the clinic, I liked everything. From the meeting at the airport, the constant transfer to the clinic, the support at the clinic, the support of the curator from Bookimed, the conditions at the hotel. The staff at the clinic is very attentive, there were two doctors at my operation, nurse and translator. I would like to highlight Natalia, very smart and attentive, she will always help and not only in matters of treatment, she was always in touch. I have a second trip to the clinic in 4 months, I will return as if I were visiting family) I recommend it to everyone.

I liked everything about it. Very friendly driver Erhan, on arrival in Izmir he will orient you a bit and help you check in to the hotel. Natalia was on call all the time and helped me with all my problems. Alina had a special role to play, in addition to translation, she will help you prepare for the surgery and provide moral support. The doctors, in my personal opinion, are professionals who know exactly what they are doing. And the clinic will take into account all your wishes. Based on my personal experience, I recommend this clinic and look forward to my second visit.

Everything is super. The doctors have golden hands, very attentive, positive, with them you forget about fear. I rushed into this adventure knowing practically nothing, and I’m 60 and have very little knowledge of English, but everything turned out great!!! So I advise everyone, don’t be afraid, there’s a great team there, they’ll explain everything and help you. And there’s a nice bonus - shopping.

I was there for a first intervention, they emptied my lower jaw to place six implants and made me a provisional prosthesis of 10/10 quality. The attention was excellent, a lot of staff at my disposal with no waiting time, a painless surgery and after a month everything was fine. Highly recommended. In the photo I appear with the provisional prosthesis, the upper teeth are natural.

In January 2023, this clinic installed zirconium crowns on all my teeth. We were met at the airport and taken to a nice hotel, a very polite driver. The clinic itself is in a building of 3 floors, they work on two. Everything happens quickly and hecticly, they don’t tell or ask in detail. In about 6 days they did everything for me to treat or I didn’t have to pull it out. They didn’t tell us anything about oral hygiene, and they don’t really bother with it anyway. Haven't heard of irrigators. I arrived in my city and went to the doctor to check how they did it. The saddest thing is that they did not give me the correct bite, and it was done in segments, and not each tooth separately. So, a year later, January 2024, one segment of 3 teeth broke off, I need to change it and try to make a normal bite. I wrote to the clinic, they are silent. The translator communicates rudely and in a bad way, and she communicated the same way in the clinic itself. I do not recommend this clinic.
Good hotel and transfer.
The most important thing is the end result, the crowns need to be changed. The translator did not translate everything he asked. She was in the office in outerwear and without a mask.

I came to this clinic on 11/18/22. Met at the airport, brought to the clinic. Natalya meets a woman. Polite and friendly. She accompanies you around and translates everything. Can also advise. Doctors are also polite and patient. They will suggest how to do better. Prices are moderate. The collective makes compromises. Clients of the clinic are diverse, both local and foreign. Surgeons work quickly and confidently. It is clear that 8 are doing their job.

In general, everything went well, transfer Airport-Clinic-Hotel-Airport 5 *. Hotel 4 * in the city center, 5 minutes to the city embankment. Doctors and staff are experienced, friendly. They were in touch all the time. I did Teleskopprothese, with which doctors and the laboratory had to tinker, because. they don’t do this often (I got such an impression) But in the end everything ended well. The color and shape of the Teeth more than suits me. Thank you all for that. I would advise the Clinic to be better organized. I was satisfied with everything.
