While in the clinic, I liked the entire medical team, everything was organised quickly, correctly, and there was also the advantage of having an interpreter. The organisation of the clinic and the coordinator was at the highest level, both professionally and in personal matters, The hotel was great, I didn't even expect it. The staff is polite, responsive, qualified, service and treatment is carried out on the basis of the client's wishes with correction for medical conditions and indications. I liked very much, attention and organised approach to each person. I have passed only the first stage of treatment, so I will be able to describe the final conclusion at the end of July. But at the first stage everything was at a high level, meeting at the airport, accommodation in the hotel, transfer to the clinic and back. Help with translation, a huge thanks to Natalia and Alina and the driver. The driver does not speak Russian or German, but with the help of an interpreter will always help. I could contact Natalia and Alina at any time and got an answer in a couple of minutes. Thank you.

From the meeting at the airport, the constant transfer to the clinic, the support at the clinic, the support of the curator from Bookimed, the conditions at the hotel. The staff at the clinic is very attentive, there were two doctors at my operation, nurse and translator. I would like to highlight Natalia, very smart and attentive, she will always help and not only in matters of treatment, she was always in touch. I liked everything about it. Very friendly driver Erhan, on arrival in Izmir he will orient you a bit and help you check in to the hotel. Natalia was on call all the time and helped me with all my problems. Alina had a special role to play, in addition to translation, she will help you prepare for the surgery and provide moral support. The doctors, in my personal opinion, are professionals who know exactly what they are doing. And the clinic will take into account all your wishes.
