Professor Lin Jinfang is a senior physician and PhD supervisor. She formerly directed the Division of Gynecologic Endocrinology at Fudan University’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital (Red House) in Shanghai. She has more than 40 years of clinical experience. Dr. Li Huaifang specializes in gynecologic tumors, pelvic floor disorders, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She has performed over 10,000 minimally invasive procedures and more than 5,000 pelvic floor repairs. Her work includes laparoscopic and hysteroscopic cancer operations. She also performs reconstructive surgery for prolapse and incontinence. She has demonstrated surgical techniques at national conferences.
Academic roles: National member, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Group (CMA OBGYN). Deputy head, Shanghai MA OBGYN Pelvic Floor Group. Expert, Shanghai Gynecologic Quality Control Panel. She joined the 12th Five-Year Plan. She now leads a 14th Five-Year Plan sub-project on degradable pelvic floor meshes. Publications: 240+ papers, including 50+ SCI. Textbook co-author and supervisor at Tongji University with 50+ mentees. Honors include the Shanghai Medical S&T Award, the Chinese MCH S&T Award, and prizes for pelvic floor reconstruction in 2006, 2012, and 2015.
