Previously, in 2012, served as the chief physician for neurorehabilitation at the Center of treatment of the musculoskeletal system in Prague. From 2002 to 2009, headed the EMG laboratory at the Neurological Clinic in Royal Vinohrady University Hospital and worked as a neurologist in the Back Pain Clinic.
Graduated from Charles University Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen in 2000 with a degree in general medicine, specializing in neurology in 2004 and rehabilitation and physical medicine in 2011. Awarded by the Czech Neurological Society in 2007 for excellence in clinical practice and case studies.
