When I think about what could have been better, honestly, nothing comes to mind
My biggest fear before this trip was facing the unknown of a brain cancer diagnosis while navigating a complex medical system in another country. I was worried about logistics and the quality of care. However, the process was smoother than I had anticipated. The support I received made a significant difference. My Bookimed coordinator was always eager to help, which eased a lot of the logistical stress that comes with arranging everything from afar. The surgeon was exceptional, and I felt a sense of confidence in their approach. When I think about what could have been better, honestly, nothing comes to mind. I am grateful to Konstantin for advising me on this clinic.  For the past 7 months I've been there I'm paying special thanks to the coordinator of Victoria and thanks to the whole team. Victoria is not only the coordinator of my treatment in the clinic, but she has become for me a very close person with whom one can consult, who can "weep in the vest." During the treatment, if necessary, she provided me with transportation, mostly free of charge. I tried to save my money if possible. The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. The whole process was good. Our case was handled well and effectively. We had a slight issue of the confirmation date but this was resolved very quickly. We are not proceeding at the moment with treatment however we may consider getting in touch once we have more test results (biopsy). Overall very satisfied with the service
