Facelift in Vilnius: Best Clinics and Costs 2026

This decision wasn’t taken lightly I’ve wanted a face lift for some years being an ex smoker my skin had aged rapidly. From the start of the process I was taken care of with Bookimed through to the hospital itself. Starting with the admin staff to the nurses & Dr Kazanavicius was exceptional treatment . I decided to travel to Lithuania for cosmetic surgery after much research and deliberation. I was very impressed with my video calls with Doctor Kamile Tijunele. She gave me a lot of time, asked me questions, listened and proposed a lower face deep-plane facelift with fat grafting. We discussed this over a few calls. Doctor Kamile was extremely receptive to listening to all my concerns & reassuring. I decided to put my faith in her, and it was the best decision I could have possibly made. From the get-go, Doctor Kamile was not just professional, but also patient and kind. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable both physically & mentally. The surgery went very well. The care I received in the clinic from her and all the team was second to none. I was very appreciative of the efficiency & high standards provided by all. I could not be happier with my results & would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and this doctor. Doctor Kamile is a wonderful doctor & a wonderful person. She takes great pride in her work & is also a very empathetic human being. The aftercare was incredible, and I do mean that quite literally. I was driven to all my appointments & was never left waiting & wondering, everything was prompt & communication throughout was impeccable. A special mention also to Diana, the international coordinator at the clinic. She was always contactable, always helpful and kind. I cannot emphasise enough how positive my experience was under Doctor Kamile Tijunele. Quite honestly, without reservation, 5 stars! And if it were possible to give more stars, I would give them. Thank you Doctor Kamile Tijunele for your expertise, your work & your kindness. If only all doctors were like you!
