I received first-class personal treatment through every aspect of my care, from the first contact until discharge. It was impressive. My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.

What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain.
