The doctor is a specialist in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology with over 28 years of clinical experience. A graduate of the Medical University of Łódź, the doctor earned a PhD in Medical Sciences in 2003 and completed a postgraduate program in Oncological, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Breast Surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
The doctor focuses on the comprehensive surgical management of breast cancer, utilizing advanced reconstructive techniques to restore symmetry and function. Expertise includes breast reconstruction, reduction, reshaping, and augmentation. The doctor has refined these skills through international fellowships at institutions such as the European Institute of Oncology in Milan and Institut Gustave Roussy in Paris.
Dr. Aleksandra Starosciak graduated from the Medical Academy in Warsaw. She has been a specialist in general surgery since 2009. She is training in surgical oncology. Since 2010, she has worked in the Department of Oncological Surgery at the Holy Family Hospital in Warsaw. She is a member of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology. She attends scientific and training conferences in general surgery, oncology, plastic surgery, and breast ultrasound.
She performs breast surgery, including tumor removal, reconstruction, and mastectomy. She also performs soft‑tissue and minor procedures, such as removal of skin lesions and nodules. She performs endocrine surgery for malignant and benign thyroid lesions.
