the doctor and the service have been absolutely first-class
My biggest worry before travelling was whether the quality of the surgeon would be as good as promised and if the final cost would be predictable. On the medical side, the doctor and the service have been absolutely first-class. I am in the early phase of recovery from my Haglund’s Deformity surgery, and I feel the surgeon handled my case with great professionalism. The care was excellent. The part that could be better, however, is the financial transparency. I was disappointed when the final price changed from what was originally agreed upon. This was a significant drawback for me and created a mixed overall feeling, despite the high quality of the medical treatment itself.

According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! To all who are sick, a speedy recovery!

Both the surgeon himself and the entire staff worked seamlessly and professionally; I felt supported at every stage. Everything at the clinic is very well organised. The recovery process is still ahead of me, but thanks to this approach, I am confident that I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The doctor is qualified, and X-rays are available on site. We were seen fairly quickly for an emergency appointment.
