Dr Dariusz Uryszek is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He focuses on shoulder, elbow, and upper limb surgery. His expertise includes arthroscopy, shoulder replacement, and complex revision shoulder arthroplasty. He worked as a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in the UK from 2006 to 2017.
He helped introduce routine wrist and elbow arthroscopy in Warsaw in 1997. In 2003, he was among the first in Poland to present two-year outcomes of all-arthroscopic treatment for recurrent shoulder instability.
He has performed more than 1,680 arthroscopic shoulder procedures and about 4,000 operations. In the past decade, he has consulted about 17,000 patients. He completed 72 specialist courses. He holds certification in Orthopaedics and Traumatology (1998). He is a BESS member. He also researches stem cell therapies with the University of Warmia and Mazury.
