I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. The surgery is performed at the clinic not at a hospital which concerned me (were they prepared if something went wrong), the rooms opened up to the front desk where people would come for appointments and the toilet was across reception. I felt I didn't have much privacy and was very exposed. Nurses would not always come especially at night when I needed assistance to the toilet. I would be waiting at my hotel for a car and they would have forgotten to send one so the organisation level was not very good. It wasn't a very friendly/caring environment i felt. The communication was very poor too, there was one lady there that spoke English and she never smiled it just didnt feel good. I spoke to the doctor very briefly on surgery day and then he never spoke to me again. I wouldnt go back, ive had surgery in Thailand before and had a far better experience.
