I now feel better than I expected
What worried me most was how such a large number of new crowns would look and feel. But my dentist was very attentive. He carefully checked my bite, matched the colour of the zirconia crowns to my teeth, and showed me the result before fitting them. In the end, I had more than seven crowns fitted, and I now feel better than I expected. The support from the clinic is also great — they’re always on hand. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to ask straight away how many days the treatment will take, and to make sure they allow an extra two days for flights.
I didn’t say I was looking for a cheap clinic; I was looking for high-quality work. The dentist fitted 21 zirconia crowns. I’m not experiencing any discomfort or pain. A brilliant job. Many thanks to the dentist and the interpreter. The transfer service was excellent.
Be sure to check exactly how long it will take the clinic to carry out the dental work. Seven days is the minimum. Do not include the day of arrival or departure of your flight.

Traveling alone to Turkey was my biggest concern, but the ease of communication from start to finish was a relief. The process of checking in, the transfers, and the clinic was a flawless transition that really eased my worries. However, getting the airport transfer meeting point information before I landed would have made that part of the trip easier. My surgeon clearly explained all the material options for the 5-6 crowns I received. Recovery is going about as expected. The clinic's support has been good; they provided a clear aftercare guide and are easy to reach. My advice for others is to ask about the recovery timeline for eating and to bring additional funds for anything not visible in initial photos—or send an X-ray beforehand if possible.

If you’re thinking about getting crowns, I’d advise you to pay very close attention to the colour matching right from the start. I’ve had seven zirconia crowns fitted and the care I received from the surgeon and the staff was really good. Everything was professional. My only minor criticism is that the colour ended up being a touch too yellow compared to my natural teeth. I’m still in the healing phase and the sensation when chewing hasn’t quite settled yet, which is normal. Despite the minor colour issue, the service was excellent and I would recommend the clinic.
The clinic is very modern and clean, and the staff and dentist are very friendly and dedicated to their work. I would definitely recommend this clinic because they really did a great job; I was amazed by the results. Thank you very much.
The only thing I was missing was someone who spoke my language so I could communicate better, because I don't speak English, but I managed to get by using an app

I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. Everything is simply amazing
I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. Everything is simply amazing. Once again, many thanks to Christina, Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz for their professionalism. I confidently recommend that anyone who needs this help contact Bookimed coordinator Christina, coordinator Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz at the SoracaMed dental clinic in Antalya. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

I am very happy with the result
I had several dental crowns fitted at this clinic and the experience has been very positive. One of my biggest concerns was how my bite would feel afterwards, and I can say that it feels completely natural when chewing. That was key for me. I’ve also been very pleased with the aesthetic result. The colour is very natural and doesn’t look artificial at all. I felt well looked after throughout the whole process. I’d like to thank Dr Tuğçe Bigiş for her professionalism and kindness, as well as the interpreter (María, a Madrid native now living in Izmir), the coordinator Natalia, and the rest of the team, who were very professional and clear in their explanations. At the moment, I’m still getting used to eating (avoiding hard, very cold or very hot foods), but that’s to be expected. I am very happy with the result. Thank you all.
I have just finished my dental treatment at WestDent (Izmir) and my experience has been very positive. I would particularly like to commend Dr Tuğçe Bigiş for her professionalism and kindness, as well as María (the interpreter, a girl from Madrid now living in Izmir) and Natalia (the coordinator), who were instrumental throughout the process in ensuring everything went smoothly and was clear. The treatment wasn’t straightforward and there were moments of discomfort, but the team supported me every step of the way. The arrangements (hotel, transport, clinic) were very well organised. I’m very pleased with the aesthetic and functional results. Now comes the adjustment phase, but it was definitely worth it.
Overall, my experience was very positive. As for areas for improvement, the only thing I found a bit of a nuisance was the long waiting times at certain stages of the process. Otherwise, I was given all the necessary information and had an interpreter, which made communication much easier.

The colour was matched perfectly; they look exactly like my natural teeth. From the very start, I had no trouble eating, which came as a pleasant surprise to me. My bite feels absolutely right. The entire clinic staff and the surgeon worked very smoothly and professionally, for which I am grateful to them. That was important. Their attention to detail and care for the patient at every stage left a good impression.
I came here on a recommendation and I’m glad I did. The clinic is modern and the equipment is new. The doctor carried out the procedure carefully, without rushing. The result lived up to my expectations.

For me this was worth every penny
I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

Regarding my visit to the clinic, first of all I would like to thank Dr Sava! For his professional approach to his work, for his meticulousness in fitting and placing teeth! If he did not like something he redid without hurry, without nerves and sent for redoing in the laboratory! In a word, a great man! In my case, the following happened: after the implantation, an estimate for the crowns was made and the full price was agreed upon. When I arrived for the implantation, it turned out that I would have to pay more than previously agreed. Since I would need a different system for the crowns on the upper jaw and it costs more! All this is understandable, but I don't understand why I was not informed about this at the first visit? It should have been informed that if everything is fine, it will be so, if not, there are other options, but they cost more and there is no problem, a person will immediately decide for himself that it is necessary to have more money with you or to look for other options! And that would be fair!
