Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. I am currently using a temporary (artificial) upper jaw, which, by the way, their specialists made very quickly and with absolute quality - I started using it just a week later, when the gum swelling subsided a little, and on the second day, I stopped removing it because it fits very well and does not bother me at all

Thanks to Bookimed, my first trip was very quick and efficient. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly, with answers to all my questions, as well as coordination of the flight and the timeline of the process itself. My first impression of the clinic was very positive, and the price difference was only due to the lack of sufficient information about the actual condition of my teeth. However, after a 3D scan at the clinic, these issues were promptly resolved on-site, with full respect for my wishes. I am currently using a temporary (artificial) upper jaw, which, by the way, their specialists made very quickly and with absolute quality - I started using it just a week later, when the gum swelling subsided a little, and on the second day, I stopped removing it because it fits very well and does not bother me at all. I hope to continue having only positive experiences in the future. However, there is one more visit to the clinic ahead to complete the entire process.

The clinic has excellent organization of all processes - from arrival, to identifying the problem, and further planning of treatment. This was my first visit, and the first stage of implantation involved preparing the gums for implant placement - they removed (9!) already damaged teeth and those that were no longer reliable. Then they immediately inserted 6 implants. The entire procedure from start to finish took about 2 hours, and everything was conducted at a highly professional level. Everything was very well organized - a 3D scan, consultation with the surgeon, the operation itself, and then an impression of the jaw for the artificial upper jaw, as there were no "native" teeth left. The next day, I flew back home.

So far, during my first visit, I have not observed anything unusual and I sincerely hope that this remains the case going forward.

The quality of the zirconia based crowns are poor. They turned yellow in a week. I would be posting audio and actual video of my experience at this clinic on google reviews and yelp with subtitles shortly. I highly recommend if you are from the USA and are accustomed to our medical standards you would be greatly disappointed. Save your money and do not go to any dental clinic in Turkey as the standards of service and quality of product is way below the worse dental clinic you can find in the USA.

I think I made the right choice

I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

Super professional!!!

I would like to emphasise the medical staff and especially the surgeon who did my tooth extraction and implants. Super professional!!! I hope she will be the one to work with me on my second visit for crowns. Super positive and pleasant person, and most importantly - truly dedicated to her work.

I liked the promptness of everything that was going on. The personalised approach in all areas is absolute!

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like. But we can say with certainty that the organisational part can still be worked on and attention should be paid to the organisation of third parties (there were hiccups that were not always possible to solve).
