Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! The surgeon’s approach to planning and communication was the most significant factor for me. He took the time to review my CT scan with me, explaining the entire strategy for the dental implant before proceeding. Knowing that he would personally perform the implant placement was reassuring, and he also gave me a clear timeline for the final crown placement, which helps in planning. Post-procedure support has been very practical. The clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide to follow. They stay in touch, and have been consistently easy to reach with any questions I have had during my recovery so far. From a financial perspective, everything was transparent; there were no additional expenses on top of the original quote.

I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints

The experience was really good they looked after me well and the clinic was very good the only problem I had was the price the whole procedure was £6000 and I have another £3900 to pay in December when I get my new teeth and the implants I’ve had don’t stick out of my gum you can’t even see them I hope there in there the implants my friend had they stuck out of his gum they was massive so that’s the only problem was how expensive the procedure was Yes my gums are stitched up still and yes I saw the scan with my implants in I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints I can’t wait to get my new teeth so thanks

Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement

My main concern was organization and communication, especially when traveling for surgery. This ultimately was not a concern. From my first contact with Bookimed to the end of my treatment, everything was organized, smooth, and professional. They were responsive and helpful, offering multiple doctor options and answering all my questions in detail. I chose Dr. Sinan Erçülo after my own research. During the consultation, he showed me before and after photos of similar noses and was honest about the realistic outcomes. He personally performed the open nose surgery. His team was also excellent, especially Tali. I truly felt supported throughout the journey. The recovery period is progressing almost as expected, and the clinic continues to provide support through a clear aftercare guide and easy access. There were no additional expenses. Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

I now feel better than I expected

What surprised me most was how quickly the whole procedure was over. I’d expected to spend at least four hours in the dentist’s chair, but my dentist finished in less than two. During that time, he removed a number of decayed teeth with great professionalism and fitted 10 Nobel Biocare implants. He personally consulted with me before the operation and carried it out himself. I now feel better than I expected. The clinic is always on hand, which is very important during the recovery period. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.

It’s hard for me to say what I didn’t like. I think everything went absolutely brilliantly. Everyone, from the coordinator to the driver, carried out their duties to perfection. I’m very grateful to everyone!

I think my visit went well, but I’m not sure what could be done to make my treatment more comfortable.

After the procedure, the support was excellent

The moment the doctor showed me the CT scan and honestly explained the plan, discussed the condition of my bone tissue, and the potential risks, it finally reassured me. He personally performed the placement of 5 or 6 NTA implants. After the procedure, the support was excellent. They are always available, checked in on my well-being, and provided very clear care instructions. There were no additional costs. My main advice to future patients: simply trust the experience and professionalism of the clinic's doctors.

This is my second and final visit to this clinic, where I had all my teeth fully restored - the upper teeth on previously installed implants and crowns on all my remaining lower teeth. As before, everything was at an absolutely high professional level - both management and doctors. Special thanks to coordinator Ms. Kateryna for her attention to patients, for reminders, and assistance in organizing the trip, as we are not always sure what exactly needs to be done, and here Ms. Kateryna was truly helpful. Once again, many thanks to her for the assistance and excellent management.

It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-organized and clear, even the hotel with a sea view was wonderful. But most importantly, the doctor has golden hands, thank you for the excellent work! I had 12 Medentika implants placed, and now I feel better than I expected. The process was very well-coordinated. However, I had to lower the overall rating due to organizational issues: I was not informed in advance about the existence of implants of different quality and price, and unfortunately, there were unexpected problems with cashless payment.

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-coordinated, clear, and understandable; a wonderful hotel with a sea view. Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the doctors for their outstanding work!!!

There were issues with cashless payments, I was not informed that there are implants of varying quality and price, and there were problems with the cashless additional payment.
