My main concern was organization and communication, especially when traveling for surgery. This ultimately was not a concern. From my first contact with Bookimed to the end of my treatment, everything was organized, smooth, and professional. During the consultation, he showed me before and after photos of similar noses and was honest about the realistic outcomes. He personally performed the open nose surgery. His team was also excellent, especially Tali. I truly felt supported throughout the journey. The recovery period is progressing almost as expected, and the clinic continues to provide support through a clear aftercare guide and easy access. There were no additional expenses. Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-organized and clear, even the hotel with a sea view was wonderful. But most importantly, the doctor has golden hands, thank you for the excellent work! I had 12 Medentika implants placed, and now I feel better than I expected. The process was very well-coordinated. However, I had to lower the overall rating due to organizational issues: I was not informed in advance about the existence of implants of different quality and price, and unfortunately, there were unexpected problems with cashless payment.

There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.
