El equipo era muy simpatico y profesional, no tengo ninguna queja, un trato excelente. El Hospital bastante bien equipado. Lo unico que me tuvo algo preocupada fue porque me cambiaron el doctor que me tenia que operar pero me pusieron a otro doctor mucho mejor el Profesor Dr Gurhan Ozcan, un medico excelente que explica las cosas muy bien. Una cosas si puedo asegurar hablando con otras pacientes que todos los medicos en este hospital son profesional y la mayoria de ellos estan en la pagina de mejores doctores de Istanbul. The team was very friendly and professional, I have no complaints, excellent treatment. The hospital is quite well equipped. The only thing that worried me a bit was because they changed the doctor, but they gave me a much better doctor, Professor Dr. Gurhan Ozcan, an excellent doctor who explains everything very well. Talking with other patients, this hospital doctors are professional and most of them are on the website of the best doctors in Istanbul.

I chose this clinic based on the reviews and I am writing myself. Catherine gave me all the information and helped me with all my organised questions. I had a breast augmentation and a mini tummy tuck just over a week ago and everything was top notch. The contact persons were always in touch with me, available for feedback at any time. The operation was successful , the anaesthesia was mild . Dr Hakan Teymur is empathic, pleasant person, with attention and individual attitude to the patient. Many thanks to Akylay, who supported me and was always in touch with me. Very kind person. Narmina is a very pleasant, positive girl. Now I will wait for the result.

First I was a bit skeptical of Bookimed as I’ve never used or heard of their services. I must say they were very professional, answered all the questions I’ve had, and there were many and everything they said would happen happen. Yasin was my medical coordinator and everything that I’d read about him in the reviews were ALL true. He’s friendly, accessible and answered all my questions promptly. My surgeon was Dr Gurhan Ozcan and I can’t say enough about what an AWESOME doctor he truly is. My daughter who accompanied me on the trip, and I had a lot of questions for him and being a professor, he answered each and every questions in my pre-operation as well as post operation visit. All the staff, from driver who picked me up, the anaesthesiologist to the person who brought my food, to the nurses, cleaning staff were simply amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Bookimed, Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic, Yasin and the team. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck (pics enclosed) and I did not have the intense pain that I’ve read about online. Don’t get me wrong, I had very painful moments but the nurses were there to give me pain relief whenever I needed it. Even after leaving the clinic, Yasin sent a car for me in order to get a “shot” for pain. Bravo to the entire team

When I first entered the clinic, I immediately liked the atmosphere in the clinic. The furniture is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional. Everyone knows his business. When I met the doctor in the office, he immediately aroused my confidence. Very professional, knows exactly what is best for the client. I want to leave a review, firstly I want to say when I arrived at the clinic, the doctor just looked at me and didn’t say anything, everything was very fast, they took blood for analysis and after that they didn’t say about the result. I had breast augmentation surgery. .. since I am a mother after breastfeeding a baby, I also needed a breast lift, the price tag was put up for me for a breast lift and implants. But no one did braces for me (Everything is very housey, it feels like they are just stuffing their hands, work is on stream (after the operation I stayed in the hospital for a day, the relationship was wonderful, and for this I thank them very much) after a daily stay I was taken to hotel, they came and ran to see the doctor, everything seems to be fine, but there is one thing, but when my chest began to heal and I could look and touch, it turns out that the implants were not fixed at all, I wrote this to the curator and she wrote to me what I need get better, but during the operation my weight was the same, I’m horrified I don’t know what to do, the war has also begun, I go only in a bandage

Thr hotel was lovely, very clean with friendly staff. The aesthetics centre co-ordinator Ege was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure i was safe having anasthetic after having a bad bout of covid. He took me to two specialist hospitals for checks on my lungs and heart and stayed to translate so i understood what was happening. When i was given the all clear, he stayed on call 27/7 and was brilliant. The surgeon Dr Ergin Er, spoke very good English and although i am still strapped up and havent had a good close look, it seems hes done an exceptional job. I was discharged back to the hotel the day after my op with all the medication i need given to me and explained in full. The clinic is literally over the road from the hotel so i have easy access if i have any problems and have been told to pop over anytime ifbi have a problem. The hotel has arranged for our lateral flow tests for journey home and at a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant makes lovely food, also at a reasonable price and there are places nearby to eat out or buy snacks. I have no worries about recommending the clinic and hotel to anyone and will definately come back nexr year with my hubby for dental treatment.

The medical team extremely good, Very friendly and supportive. The surgeon is one of the best. My hospital stay was fine. The only improvement should be the transportation pick up to & from the airport.
