At first I was hesitant for the treatment in Mexico but after the meeting with doctor Isabella, my entire perspective changed. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She will explain the treatment and procedure with you in detail. I will not hesitate again to recommend her to any of my friends and family. She will perform the procedure in the comfort of your own residency without having to travel to the clinic. This is very accommodating as it minimizes the interruption if or when you are on vacation. I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

Liv hospital is a terrible clinic! We were very disappointed, it’s good that they went to the memorial on time from there and didn’t perform the operation on my grandfather, conducted an examination in another clinic where they began to fully deal with him and sort out his problem with a council of doctors, in Livonia we just shouted that the situation was an emergency and it was necessary urgently to take action and just wanted to put on the operation the next day without looking at the tests and the like !!!!

There were only positive aspects in working with Bookimed, I was absolutely happy with everything, I was just glad how everything was clear and understandable, but I did not understand some points in working with the clinic. The impression was that for the clinic the result is not so important as making money. I’m not a doctor, but I understand that you can’t take codle tests. A person ate, if a person comes with stomach problems, this is minimal. In fact, we passed tests for $ 750 but did not understand whether we have problems with sugar or not. In Ukraine, they again tested.

I am now trying to go on a medical trip again. The new system sucks. When you enter your phone number you have to receive a verification code to do a request. I didn't receive any code. I talked to the operator. They stringed me allong for almost a week,promising that the medical coordinator would contact me. Nothing happened. I am sick and they are truly not helpfull at all. Terribly !!@

I really did appreciate that. My doctor allowed me to speak uninterrupted and listened attentively.

The connection quality of the video consultation was a little bit choppy, but that could very well have been from my own Internet. I would not be quick to assign blame to the hospital and their computer or Wi-Fi.
