This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visit! It combines high quality of medicine services with perfect organisation, communication and translations service. I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! Gulnaz is extremely talented, professional, kind and supportive person ! She is the person you will be happy to meet when you are far from home and need help to understand a different language. I will strongly recommend that hospital to everyone who needs a health care with exceptional organisation and high quality of care and services . Alisher who is a coordinator is an extraordinary person. Translator Gullnaz is also one of a kind. I have no words to describe how grateful I am to have met them. They help me to organise the treatment . I highly recommend professor Özdemir as well. All the team is very supportive, professional and helpful!

Overall, the treatments we received, access to services, the facilities and all of the personnel we interacted with was great.

It was perfect, except that I was hoping to leave with the vaccination that the doctor couldn't prescribe, explaining that there was new legislation and also that I must be in an infectious period.

I paid for the appointment in advance. At the appointment, I needed to have an ultrasound scan and they did it right away, I didn't have to go anywhere, make any appointments, they did it right on the spot. They found something that a doctor in a public hospital could not find. Everything is clean, everyone is friendly, everything is of good quality.

We heard that Greece has very good water therapy. And we came to Evexia mainly for this. The pool is specially equipped for various activities. There is also a device for transporting patients in wheelchairs, which is not found everywhere. Our son does water therapy every day with very good instructors. He manages to actively perform many exercises. The water is warm, and the duration of the lesson itself is 45 minutes. This is wonderful therapy for our son. The results are noticeable gradually. We are also very pleased with the speech therapy classes. Therapists are mostly young people, very proactive and responsible. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean. The clinic is 20 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the sea. The weather is great in winter, lots of sun.

Everything is at the highest level. I won’t talk about treatment, because I don’t know myself, that is, I haven’t been treated. I was examined by a doctor and consulted. But I liked everything. The doctor's competence, the reception staff, the cleanliness, the equipment... The only problem is probably the parking in front of the clinic. It is difficult to park as the spaces are all occupied. But this is a problem for any big city, especially the capital. Overall everything is great!

I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

The stay at the clinic went well, the surgeon was polite and courteous. Before the operation, additional examinations were made, which raised the expected cost. There is a good hotel not far from the clinic. The coordinator who prepared the documents for discharge forgot to give me a prescription from a doctor. Accordingly, without a prescription, I could not present medicines. I reported my problem to him via WhatsApp, to which I did not receive any help or even a response from him. A week has passed since the operation and I feel fine and without medication, I hope everything stays that way. Everything was good, except for the mistake of the staff who coordinates foreign patients. Thank you. Bookimed service was satisfied. We were able to find a clinic based on my financial capabilities and current location. Thank you very much for your work.

Everything at Bumrungrad was above average, except the fact that they told me they d send me quotes on different procedures within 3 days and it took one full month and me pushing them 3 times in order to get these quotes. That is far from what anyone would expect from an hospital of this international standing. On the flip side though, the people from Bookimed were awesome and i was happily surprised by they re professionalism, presence and speed of response to any of my inquiry. I will recommend Bookimed's services to everyone i know that are in need. Keep it up Bookimed and all the best! :-)

5 minutes of communication with a doctor-600euro plus a hotel-400 add a flight or transport -350 and 300 euros other costs and the result is NULL. It turns out that everyone has staphylococcosis and it is not necessary to treat it! So, JAPANESE MAT'AT, I went with a specific problem, beforehand dropped all the results of the tests and can not immediately refuse and not milk me and waste my time.

We are pleased with the staff and all the support we got from Registering, through the examinations, to the transfer to airport we needed directly from the hospital. Doctor's exeprtise was at a very high level, our translator was great and assisted with everything needed, the hospital is clean and comfortable, offering Wi-Fi access, places to rest, charge devices, eat, etc.

After I got the address of the doctor needed, I managed to see him, but everyone was surprised by my visit. The doctor was not aware that I was going to meet him, the staff were all surprised. They were not aware of bookmed at all neither did they know the focal person who linked me with the hospital. The doctor told me he would send a preliminary report on the patient. I never got the report. Please let me know what happened? Is it scam or something?
