In 8 days I felt better and I don't need surgical operation
I like the treatment , staff , environment. Special thanks for Hussein , Melih , and all staff I can’t remember the names . I recommend this hospital for all . Daily they made for me more than 10-12 session . They used all technology and staff to let me feel better . I had some special services massage , daily Hotel transport, and hotel discount . I can’t express all but thanks a lot in 8 days I felt better and I don’t need surgical operation . Will visit again inshallah .

I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. Menness clinic is very professional, and I highly recommend them for carpal tunnel release. I had a bilateral open release done by Dr. Big, the orthopedic surgeon on staff at Menness clinic. I was nervous going in because my CTS was severe and I have cerebral palsy. I was pleased to learn that Dr. Big had performed surgery on people with CP previously, and knew exactly what to expect, and how to operate on me to get the best outcome possible. I am healing faster than I expected, and I am back to my computer, and piano based work 10 days later.

I went to the Galeazzi clinic. Milan. Italy. on my son's problem - gmgantism. Coordinators from Bookimed got involved. Had an online consultation. for which I paid 360 euros. All required documentation has been sent. references. analyses. x-rays. To determine the volume of the operation and the cost, they said that the patient needs to come to Milan. I'm from Ukraine. It's hard to describe how the journey cost me. with what difficulty. Upon arrival in Milan. we are consulted by another doctor and gives quite the opposite answer.!! Is it really impossible to agree and view all the documentation. y t. h and the video was sent!!! with immediately give a negative answer during an online consultation. why do it at all then? It's just a waste of money. not problem solving. Be careful!

If they can improve on having Doctors who speak english or a good translators. Also the cost quoted to a patient when booking should be maintained instead of bri ging other additional charges once you get to the hospital. They should also confirm things in advance instead of saying yes just so you can make an appointment and when you getvthere the service is not available. This wasted a lot of my time.
The hospital's willingness to.pick and drop me off. The cleanliness of the hospital.
The delays in waiting to be attended to despite making prior booking, unavailability of a vaccine which the hospital had confirmed to be available, delay in getting a driver to drop me back to the hotel and poor translators.

Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. The translator, which was provided by the Clinic, was very polite, it was immediately clear that the Specialist was in charge, there were no problems with the translation. I would recommend this hospital to all patients, but only I think one minus is that the price for the examination is high.
