The staff at the hospital were all attentive to my needs and offered excellent service. Even though sometimes there was a communication barrier, they all provided me with the best treatment possible tending to all my needs. They were empathetic and sympathetic. I would recommend this hospital for any procedure you might need. The comfort level and cleanliness of the rooms was great. The fact that a family member could stay with you while you recover was indeed a nice touch as you need a familiar face during this time. Overall, my experience was superb and I would recommend hospital and doctor with his support staff. Service provided was 1000/10.

I chose this clinic after reading and looking at reviews. High-tech equipment and the approach of doctors, according to reviews in clinics in other countries offered removal of an organ such as kidney, in this clinic on the contrary to do everything possible to save, so I decided, in my country and in neighbouring Russia I could not make a diagnosis or explain what is there, suspicion of neoplasm, but I did not get a specific answer after all the examinations, here in Fuda clarified everything and explained in detail, made a complete examination, equipment is high level, in general satisfied with everything, p Therefore, I can safely recommend it.

Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. Perhaps it's due to a different mentality, but we didn't really like waiting endlessly - no procedure or appointment started on time, no one is in a hurry and no one appreciates other people's time.

Bookimed staff and interpreters accompanied us every step of the way, we got answers to all our questions. Comfortable room for the patient and the attendant (in our case) Excellent clinic, attentive and meticulous (in a good sense) doctors. The medical staff also, put all the drips, served and made all the analyses on schedule. All promptly and without unnecessary questions. Tasty and nourishing food was provided for both the patient and the attendant. On the territory of the hospital is a beautiful small park for walking, as well as in the clinic itself there are many places for rest and waiting The clinic met all expectations and costs

I felt like we had VIP treatment
My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.
Always being told what was happening. Interpretor always on hand.

With great gratitude I would like to leave this review about the Bookimed team, and in particular about my coordinator Olga Romaniuk, who helped me with the choice of clinic, carefully considering all my requests and nuances of future treatment, was always in touch with me. Olga has a high level of empathy and desire to really help! Thanks to her, I chose Asklepios Barmbek Clinic in Germany and I have not regretted it one bit! I was operated on by a talented surgeon Ursula Scholz, who performed the operation with jewellery and professionalism. Conditions in the clinic are quite good, the ward has everything you need, the medical staff is very polite, nurses many times after the operation came into the room and asked if I need anything and everything is fine. Special thanks to the International Department of the clinic and my interpreter Lydia, who accompanied me at all stages of preparation for the operation. I would like to note that all questions concerning payment for medical services were discussed in advance and fully corresponded to the initially agreed amount, with the issuance of relevant documents and cheques. Nobody demanded any preliminary money transfers from me before the initial visit to the clinic. The payment was made in the clinic itself. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience
The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!
Translators were top notch! Everything was amazing, I can't select just one thing.
Had issue with payment, it kept getting rejected and due to this I wasn't admitted right away. But once payment went through, all services followed smoothly.
