Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I would like to thank the Bookimed team and the MediPol team for their excellent service ❤️.

Excellent Doctor Mehmet Fatih ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Interpreter Aziz is Best. The organization person Liv O’zturk was Unprofessional she didn’t set up transportation on the first day I was waiting for transportation for 45 minutes in the Lobby she was unresponsible for all the other things The great Front Office was rude.
