The doctor is a very good specialist and a friendly person
The transfer from the airport was poorly organised. For someone travelling like this for the first time, it's stressful. Apart from that, everything was fine.

I am 100% happy with the results
I am very pleased I went through Bookimed to book my necklift surgery. Confidence, my assigned medical co-ordinator was excellent. She answered every question I had and I had lots of them. She did her best to make sure all my needs were met.
Dr. Gürhan Özcan is truly a professor and I was lucky I got him to perform my surgery. Along with his expertise, he is also kind and very caring. I even asked him on the spur of the moment to do a temporal brow lift together with the necklift. I will be forever grateful that he did, as I am 100% happy with the results.

Honestly, the best experience ever
Honestly, the best experience ever. I was so scared and skeptic about have a rhinoplasty in Turkey but Bookimed staff was beyond helpful 24/7 and the Istanbul Aestethic Center was the cleanest, best clinique. Doctor Gurhan saved my nose, an expert. He spoke very calm, explained me everything in English, asured me everything will be alright and i couldn t be more thankful for him and the entire clinique stuff. I 200% recommend this clinique and this doctor. Truly kind people. Thank you again!
I loved how well they treated me the entire time i was there. Everything went smooth and perfect.
Very few people speak english and this was a bit challenging and made the comunication much harder. The doctor and 1 guy spoke english perfectly and explained me everything.
