I would like to express a huge thank you to the Bookimed team for helping me organise a medical trip to Hisar Clinic for my son (16 years old) for septoplasty surgery. From the very beginning we received professional and empathetic support. Special thanks to Olga and Christina - they accompanied us at every stage, were on call 24/7, answered all our questions and helped us with any nuances. Thanks to them, as well as the coordinator Maria from the clinic, we managed to find a great doctor, a suitable date and a good price for the treatment. Everything was organised to a high standard: airport pick-up, transfers, consultations, the surgery itself and post-operative support. I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me
Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.
Everything was excellent. It exceeded my expectations by far.
