I liked the clinic and the ladies who have everything under control, even after I came home—my biggest worry was aftercare, but they stay in touch. The doctor was nice, though we only spoke for about ten minutes. I do wish the diet instructions were on paper; a lovely lady explained everything and I can still call her, but I would prefer it written. My procedure used the OverStitch system to place a double suture line. I’m feeling better than expected, though there was an extra cost for a scan.

I received first-class personal treatment through every aspect of my care, from the first contact until discharge. It was impressive. My procedure was a surgical phlebectomy for a single varicose vein in one leg. What stood out was the surgeon's approach; he performed the procedure himself and took the time to show me the ultrasound images to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood the compression stocking routine for my recovery. I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid to the clinic.

The clinic provided excellent care
What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.
The coordinator was always available, and the staff always went out of their way to help and support me; even though I didn’t really speak the language, everything was top-notch
