When I try to single out what I liked, my genuine answer is Everything
The biggest relief was just how straightforward the entire process turned out to be. I needed a neurological examination, and while I'm still in my early recovery, the support has been consistent. Every aspect was handled well. From the surgeon, to the attentive staff and the organized clinic itself, I felt properly looked after throughout. When I try to single out what I liked, my genuine answer is Everything. It's difficult to choose one detail. And when asked what could be better, I can honestly say, Nothing all is great. The coordination felt seamless from start to finish.

At this stage, I'm feeling better than expected
I remember the surgeon pointing to my MRI scan, showing me exactly which disc would be treated and clearly explaining the entire process before the operation. That initial consultation set the tone for the whole experience. He was direct and honest about the recovery time, which helped me prepare properly for my artificial disc replacement surgery. Everything was handled with professionalism. I can also confirm that there were no additional expenses on top of what I initially paid the clinic, which makes the financial aspect very transparent. I am still in early recovery. At this stage, I'm feeling better than expected. My main advice for anyone else would be to have trust in the whole clinic team, from the surgeon to the rest of the staff.

Whether the doctor would really have the expertise was my main worry. That worry was unfounded. The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable. Separately, Maria from Bookimed was excellent. She responded quickly at all times and took care to check all the details for my gastroenterology consultation. On the other hand, I found that the clinic staff were slow to respond. They also forgot to book one important test, which was a significant oversight in the organization of my visit. The clinic itself was very good.

If you are considering a consultation with a neurosurgeon, my initial steps have been handled very well. The entire process felt organized from the beginning. My bookimed coordinator was amazing, really helpful and efficient, which made a significant difference. The surgeon was professional and clear during our remote meeting. It’s still early for me. I’ve only had a remote initial appointment so far, so can’t rate the hospital yet! But based on the coordination and communication, I feel I'm in good hands.
