In the questionnaire, there was a question regarding my health concerns which I responded to. I feel that those concerns were not visited with any doctors. I liked the speed of the procedures and professionalism of the program staff. But it felt like I was on a factory line, too robot-like. Wish I had known that I could keep my phone with me. I saw others using phones while waiting to get in to exam rooms but I did not now we were allowed to have phone on us.
About Bookimed service
Excellent service. Initially, I had a doubt this platform was real. But I learned to trust it. Still I have doubts in the back of my mind especially when I provide personal info that are sensitive.

The day I arrived for the check up i was confused about where exactly to go and asked 5 different people because everyone gave me different directions and when I called they told me I don’t have an appointment mistakenly I was trying to find the room where I was supposed to meet with my assistant and translator for half an hour

"The results were unbelievably positive!"
The staff is nice, but everything is on stream, as it does not take my problem seriously, as much as I would like! After my husband insistently said that it would be necessary to do so, so this, then after that we were heard.
