Dr. Celik conducts experimental research on regenerative medicine for surface injuries. He presented his study on biological substances for scalded injuries at a national congress. This research took place at the 40th Congress of the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. He compared the healing effects of blastema and PRP from different sources. Blastema is a mass of cells capable of growth and regeneration into organs or body parts. PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma, uses the patient's own blood cells to accelerate healing.
