Specialized Techniques and Clinical Focus

Dr. Gupta developed and published four distinct surgical methods: OCCULT, SHARP, SSBA, and PURE Contouring. These techniques minimize visible scarring and improve body contours. He performs a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive operations.

Scarless gynecomastia surgery using the OCCULT approach – a technique that removes breast tissue through a hidden 5–7 mm lateral incision.
Ultrasound-assisted and power-assisted liposuction for body contouring.
Breast augmentation and complex breast reconstruction.
Facelift and rhinoplasty procedures.
Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
Complex ear reconstruction.

The OCCULT approach avoids incisions on the front of the chest. This method allows Dr. Gupta to remove glandular tissue through a small side opening. Patients generally experience less visible scarring compared to traditional areolar cuts.
