Dr. Baha Zengel is a general surgeon with expertise in breast, gallbladder, thyroid diseases, and hernia repairs. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. In 2004, he earned a doctorate in Basic Oncology from Dokuz Eylül University. He became an Associate Professor of General Surgery in 2014 through the Inter-University Board.

Dr. Zengel is skilled in advanced surgical procedures. His experience includes skin and breast-conserving mastectomy, oncoplastic breast surgery, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and ROLL/SNOLL techniques. Dr. Seymur Aslanov is a specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He received advanced training at Ege University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. Dr. Aslanov diagnoses and treats many gastrointestinal diseases. His expertise includes inflammatory bowel diseases, digestive system cancers, liver and pancreatic diseases, and gastrointestinal bleeding.

He is skilled in advanced endoscopic procedures. These include ERCP, colonoscopy, endoscopic polypectomy, and stenting for gastrointestinal stenosis. Dr. Aslanov has worked as a research assistant and subspecialist at Ege University. He has also served as an internal medicine specialist at Izmir Medical Point.

Dr. Omer Burcak Binicier is a gastroenterology specialist with strong medical training. He earned his medical degree at Ege University. He completed his internal medicine and gastroenterology specialization at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Binicier has over ten years of clinical experience. He has held key positions at SBÜ Tepecik Training and Research Hospital and İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital. He also gained international experience at Korea University.

Dr. Binicier diagnoses and treats a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases. His expertise includes early colon and stomach cancers, inflammatory bowel diseases, liver and pancreatic disorders, and digestive system cancers. Dr. Cheon Won Seok is the Director of the Department of Gastroenterology at Naeun Hospital. His expertise includes gastrointestinal diseases; upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy; polypectomy; ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection); small-bowel capsule endoscopy; digestive disorders; gastric and esophageal cancer; Helicobacter pylori infection; liver diseases; and inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

He graduated from Kyung Hee University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Kyung Hee Medical Center and his internal medicine residency at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital. He later served as a Clinical Instructor in Gastroenterology at Chung-Ang University Hospital. He is a full member of the Korean Association of Internal Medicine and a life member of the Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He is also a board-certified subspecialist in gastrointestinal endoscopy and serves as a medical advisor to KBS, MBC, SBS, JTBC, and MBN.

Dr. Ercan Ozden is a specialist in internal medicine and medical oncology. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He later received a subspecialty in medical oncology at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine from 2016 to 2020.

Dr. Ozden has worked in medical oncology at Şırnak State Hospital. He has also served as an internal medicine specialist at Bağcılar Private Safa Hospital and Küçükçekmece Batı Bahat Hospital. He has extensive clinical experience in both internal medicine and oncology.

Dr. Irfan Cicin is a Professor of Medical Oncology at the Trakya University Faculty of Medicine (2015–present). He has over 20 years of medical oncology experience and has held academic roles since 2010.

Education: MD, Istanbul University – Cerrahpaşa (1991–1997). Residency in Internal Medicine, Trakya University (1997–2002). Fellowship in Medical Oncology, Trakya University (2002–2004).

Practice: Medical Oncologist, Trakya University (2005–2008). Medical Oncologist, Elazığ Training and Research Hospital (2008–2010). Associate Professor of Medical Oncology, Trakya University (2010–2015). He previously served as a physician in the Turkish Air Force at Etimesgut Military Hospital (2004–2005).

Prof. Selin Kapan has been a Professor of General Surgery since 2017. She is currently with Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery (2022–present). She previously worked at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital as a Specialist and Associate Professor. She also served as Educational and Administrative Supervisor at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. In addition, she was Medical Coordinator and General Surgeon at Istanbul Surgery Hospital.

She has authored or co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Her research covers hernia repair, perianal fistula, pilonidal disease, hepatic hydatid disease, laparoscopic surgery, and gastrointestinal surgery. Her work has been published in journals such as Digestive Surgery, Hernia, Techniques in Coloproctology, and the Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery. She is a member of the Turkish Surgical Association, the National Trauma and Emergency Surgery Association, the Hernia Society, the Turkish HPB Surgery Association, the Stem Cell and Cellular Therapies Association, and the Gastroesophageal Reflux Association.
