I can't stop thanking Dr Ozgur Hurkal and his team every minute! I am happy to have fallen into these golden professional hands!) If there were any fears and doubts, which is typical for any patient before the operation, they disappeared after the first acquaintance with these wonderful people. The whole environment of the hospital is calm and feels like home. And the nursing staff is kind, helpful and responsive. I will come back without a doubt. The surgeon did a good job and gave me good advice. I would recommend him. The nurses and staff were nice, everything was very clean, and the food was very good. I did feel a few times that I was glad I was working with Bookimed and not directly with the clinic management: that the Bookimed team was going the extra mile to ensure a high standard of post-operative care. The medical coordinator who made the appointment for me and provided support throughout was really outstanding. The experience would have been totally different without him.

My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. And, of course, I would like to mention the surgeon Mindaugas Kazanavičius, who performed the operation and coped brilliantly tasks. Many thanks to him for this!

Overall everything is good. I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the doctor during appointments. Also, the medical staff hardly speaks English. Only Turkish. Because of this, I could not sleep at night after the operation. Because they didn't understand what I was telling them about my problem. There is also absolute audibility at night between the corridor and the wards. Many thanks to Akilay (my coordinator). A very attentive and sensitive girl. I liked the hotel. May 2022. Did liposuction and tummy tuck. I was very satisfied: the doctor is a professional of the highest class, the medical staff is well trained and attentive. The organization of the trip is excellent. One wish: nurses learn English. I can recommend this clinic!

My surgeon, Dr. Satankova, is about her business! She is clearly an expert in the field and knows what she is doing!! I had chin lipo and bichectomy. What could have been better was the communication the day of my procedure. I was told that I would have to wait until my time came and I definitely understood that an exact time could not be given, but I waited for 4 hrs without any word (preop). Postop, I was told that I would only need to wait in recovery for 1 hr. I had to contact the nurse after the second hr to ask when I would be discharged. Other than that I had a positive experience overall. The liaison that helped schedule the procedure (Mariya) was very nice and helped me find a new date when the original date had to be cancelled.

Everyone took good care of me, but don’t forget to have a translator app on your phone in case your interpreter isn’t available. The night time nurses and reception don’t speak much English, but the doctor and many of the daytime nurses do. Would definitely recommend for rhinoplasty!
