I would definitely recommend this hospital and all who looked after us, just a bit of a language barrier with some of the nurses on our ward ., it’s not a complaint, just to let you know it would be a great help to try learning there language before you. Everything went smoothly. We were guided where to go to meet our driver. We found him right away. We were informed of what I needed to do before and after surgery. Surgery day went well. Surgery was about 2 hours long and recovery had been pretty easy. Not a lot of pain expect for the armpits really.
Having a translator there. Also my questions being answer fairly well.
The information I received landing in Turkey instead of 2-3 weeks before surgery date. Like the no makeup, false lashes and nail polish information needs to be given 2-3 weeks before surgery not the day before.

If I were asked to describe my experience in one word, I would say ‘well-balanced’. The Sapphire FUE procedure, during which 4,000–5,000 grafts were transplanted, went exactly to plan. The staff were incredibly supportive and attentive; I would give them 5/5 without hesitation. As for the surgeon’s work and the clinic itself, there are a couple of areas that could be improved, so I’d give them a 4/5. Recovery is going well: there’s a slight tightness in the donor area, but it’s not a big deal. New stubble is already starting to grow. The main thing is that it’s perfectly possible to sleep — the neck pillow really does help. I would recommend this place to my friends with an 8 out of 10 rating.
I was very happy with the overall experience. From the airport transfer and hotel to the clinic staff, everything was well organised and welcoming. The translator was especially helpful, friendly and attentive throughout the process. The hotel and service were also excellent.
I am also very pleased with the result so far. The hairline looks natural and the transplanted hair is growing well. At this stage, I have no complaints regarding the result itself.
The procedure itself was quite long, so a little more attention to the overall atmosphere and privacy during the operation would have made the experience more comfortable. At times, there were some interruptions and activity around the room that slightly affected the calm atmosphere one would normally expect during such a serious procedure.
Also, the working environment could be a little more professional and focused during the procedure. Some background activities and conversations made it feel slightly less private and clinical than expected.
Finally, I think hygiene and the general organisation of the procedure could be improved a little. These are not major issues, but paying more attention to these details would make an already good experience even better.

My biggest concern before arriving was the recovery process and whether placing 4000-5000 grafts would feel overwhelming during the initial healing phase. Two weeks after the Sapphire FUE procedure, the most prominent sensation is a slight tightness in the donor area, which is manageable and seems to be improving daily. The surgeon and staff were precise throughout the process, ensuring the technical details were handled correctly. Right now, new stubble is already growing in the recipient area. The progress is visible. I spent a lot of time researching the sapphire method because of its precision for high-density transplants. While the early days required some patience, the current results seem to be on track. The clinic followed all protocols strictly. I am monitoring the growth closely.
The organisation was simply brilliant! The staff were polite and professional, and our coordinator, Bibi, was always on hand; any issues were resolved quickly and professionally! The driver was very thoughtful and punctual, and the hotel was superb. Everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. I’m absolutely delighted!
